Texas Licensed Clinical Review Therapist

Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Texas Licensed Clinical Review Therapist will perform clinical reviews of therapy services and durable medical equipment, ensuring members receive appropriate care while collaborating with management to enhance service execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct utilization reviews of service requests for specialty therapy services and durable medical equipment based on best practices
• Provide recommendations for therapy determinations and refer members to care management as needed
• Collaborate with Utilization and Care Management teams to improve therapy services and outcomes for members

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of related specialty therapy experience (OT, PT, or SLP)
• Current Texas license as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech-Language Therapist with an active Certificate of Clinical Competence
• Clinical knowledge of therapy services, durable medical equipment, and assisted therapy devices
• Experience in adult and pediatric therapy settings preferred
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
