Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for geriatric care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals living with dementia and their families
• Conduct virtual services including psychosocial assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis support
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and manage complex cases

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas LCSW license
• 3+ years of experience in dementia, palliative care, or geriatric settings preferred
• Experience providing virtual services strongly preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for the geriatric population
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
