Job Summary

To provide high-quality mental health services, the remote Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker will deliver individual, couples, and family therapy while developing personalized treatment plans and maintaining clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions to clients addressing various emotional and psychological issues
• Conduct intake evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and maintain compliance with documentation standards

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work
• Valid, active Texas LCSW license
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements
