Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults
• Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using an electronic health record
• Communicate with other teams to support care continuity and adhere to documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Active state license in Texas; additional state licensures are a plus
• Experience in crisis intervention, safety planning, and working with young adults or at-risk populations
• Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
• Background in community mental health or college counseling environments preferred
