Job Summary

To support a centralized nurse triage team, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Triage LVN will follow approved protocols to manage triage calls, collect patient data, coordinate scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved triage support protocols and monitor work queues for prioritization
• Collect focused patient information and document accurately while escalating high-risk symptoms as needed
• Schedule appointments and complete follow-up tasks according to established protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license or compact state privilege
• Experience in ambulatory care, primary care, urgent care, call center, or similar healthcare settings preferred
• Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, queue-based environment
