Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Texas Licensed Clinical Triage RN, the full-time remote position will manage clinical assessments, triage requests, and patient education while collaborating with clinical teams to ensure a seamless member experience across Texas markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage clinical triage requests, prioritizing based on urgency and member safety
• Conduct clinical assessments using evidence-based protocols to determine appropriate care recommendations
• Provide member education and coordinate care, ensuring continuity and clear communication of follow-up instructions

Required qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Texas or compact state privilege
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in relevant settings
• Experience in telephone triage or care coordination
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer skills
