Texas Licensed Closing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Closing Manager to oversee and manage a team of mortgage closers in the loan closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and disclosures for residential mortgage loan transactions
• Coordinate communication with all parties involved in the loan closing process
• Manage and guide a team of mortgage closers, including training and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage closing experience
• 1+ years of team management experience in a remote environment
• Experience closing loans on Texas properties
• Knowledge of Bond, DPA & Construction loans preferred
• Proficiency in Encompass or other LOS, and Microsoft products
