Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Manager - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions for the assigned area of responsibility
• Lead and support process and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage departmental budget and ensure compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in health information management or a related field
• 5 years of acute hospital-based coding experience
• Relevant licenses and certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPMA, CPC, or CIRCC
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
