Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Collection Representative, the fully remote position will manage high-volume calls with consumers regarding past-due medical balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and consistently meet performance metrics in a performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and confidence
• Negotiate payment arrangements that meet both consumer needs and company goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all required laws and standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and databases simultaneously
• Willingness to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire
• Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to punctuality and productivity
• Successful completion of company collector training program and background checks
