Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Texas Licensed Collection Specialist will perform various administrative tasks within the Collections Department, including preparing pay-off letters and assisting Third Party Account Managers while adhering to Federal and State collection laws.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare pay-off letters for banks and title companies
  • Send itemized statements to debtors and assist with administrative tasks
  • Provide input for errors and irregularities while supporting special projects as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree or post-high school courses preferred
  • Previous administrative work experience in an office setting is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook and Excel
  • Strong typing skills and organizational abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or in a team environment
