Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Representative I to utilize collection strategies and negotiate payment arrangements on debt.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize skip tracing techniques and negotiation skills to establish payment arrangements
• Document accounts accurately and participate in continuous improvement training sessions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 1 year of collections or sales experience preferred
• High school education or GED equivalent
