Seeking a Texas Licensed Collections Representative, the remote position will manage outbound and incoming calls regarding past due accounts, securing payments while providing excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment.

• Conduct outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries related to past due accounts
• Secure payments on accounts that are past due while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Monitor rent collections and manage delinquencies effectively

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous experience in property management
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Experience in monitoring rent collections and managing delinquencies
• Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
