Seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals, the remote Texas Licensed Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls regarding past due accounts, securing payments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and handle incoming calls related to past due accounts
• Secure payments on delinquent accounts while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Monitor rent collections and manage delinquencies effectively

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of previous experience in property management
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations
• Experience in monitoring rent collections and managing delinquencies
• Professional phone etiquette and strong negotiating skills
