Texas Licensed Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Services Collections Specialist 1 to work remotely in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to service past due accounts
• Negotiate payment solutions and encourage future card usage
• Assist the card services customer service inbound call center as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of collection-related experience and/or first-party collections experience (preferred)
• 6+ months of customer service experience (required)
• Ability to be licensed as a debt collector in the state of Minnesota (required)
• Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and handle a high volume of calls
