Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls for payment collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls for collections activity
• Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including FDCPA and HIPAA

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Ability to accurately enter and update data in company systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend work as needed
