Texas Licensed Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Texas Licensed Collections Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts while adhering to applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to perform collections activities professionally
• Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to achieve positive collection results
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and other relevant laws

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Ability to accurately enter and update data in company or client systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday shifts as required
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
