Job Summary

A company is looking for a College and Post-Secondary Counselor (Remote - Texas Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one virtual counseling to students on college applications and planning
• Teach virtual courses focused on post-secondary exploration and college planning
• Guide students through the application process and support non-college pathways

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in school counseling, college counseling, or college admissions
• Master's degree or higher in School Counseling or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. and international college admissions processes
• Experience supporting neurodivergent learners and students with learning differences
• Warm, student-centered approach with excellent relationship-building skills
