Texas Licensed Commercial Account Manager
Job Summary
Providing prompt and accurate service, the full-time Texas Licensed Commercial Account Manager will manage commercial accounts by designing insurance programs, negotiating terms with carriers, and educating clients on coverage while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Plans and implements insurance programs for clients in accordance with agency guidelines
- Negotiates rate terms and conditions with carriers and prepares necessary proposals and applications
- Maintains knowledge of industry developments and educates clients on coverage, exclusions, and audit procedures
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience
- Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License
- CISR and/or CIC designation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable
