Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Counsel, Real Estate & Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the review and negotiation of commercial agreements related to construction and real estate
• Provide legal support for real estate-focused M&A due diligence and assess legal risks in agreements
• Develop and manage legal trainings and cultivate relationships with business partners to align legal strategies with business goals

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school and in good standing with a US state bar
• 8-10+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating design/construction and lease agreements
• In-house experience with knowledge of business practices at large companies preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a practical, solutions-oriented focus
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex commercial transactions
