Job Summary

Managing daily operations for a commercial insurance agency, the full-time Texas Licensed Commercial Insurance Manager will process applications, manage a book of business, and work remotely to enhance customer experience in the self-storage industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Process applications, prepare quotes, issue policies, and manage billing and endorsements
  • Gather information for insurance renewals and new business while assisting with claim processing
  • Maintain records in the Applied EPIC Agency Management System and address client needs regarding coverage gaps
Required qualifications
  • Texas Property & Casualty License with at least 3 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System
  • Accreditations such as CISR, CIC, CRM, or CPIA are desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with office software applications, including G Suite and Microsoft Office
