Texas Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a book of commercial lines accounts, including renewals and policy changes
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues
• Prepare proposals and collaborate with carriers to negotiate terms and pricing

Qualifications:

• Must reside in Texas and hold an active Texas P&C license
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
