Texas Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and grow an existing book of business while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial lines clients, ensuring responsive and professional service
• Manage the full policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, renewals, endorsements, and account updates
• Evaluate client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions aligned with underwriting guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Experience with commercial lines insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles preferred
• Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied EPIC), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
