Texas Licensed Commercial Title Examiner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract and analyze chain of title from Patent to present
• Perform title examination to determine ownership, restrictions, and encumbrances
• Prepare title reports, commitments, and proformas based on procedural guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as a Texas Commercial Title Examiner or 1-3 years' experience as a Commercial Energy Title Examiner
• Proficient in abstracting and examining complex properties
• Ability to abstract back to Patent and create title commitments
• Must be able to obtain state license(s) if required
• Experience with ResWare, Qualia, Title Data, and Integrity Title software desired but not required
