Job Summary

Managing a variety of commercial transactions, the full-time Texas Licensed Commercial Title Examiner will analyze public records, verify ownership, and identify potential title issues while collaborating with underwriters and clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Search, examine, and connect data across counties and jurisdictions, verifying legal property descriptions
• Review and analyze public records to determine ownership and identify title-related restrictions
• Summarize findings and prepare title commitments and reports with precision and clarity

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial title insurance experience in title searching, examining, and writing commitments in Texas
• Understanding of relevant legal and real estate terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms
• Ability to analyze complex information and solve problems independently
• A high school diploma or equivalent
