Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Health Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Document all member interactions in compliance with established requirements
• Conduct outbound calls for scheduling, provider outreach, and assessing special needs
• Provide clerical support to clinical staff and assist members with barriers to care

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of medical customer service experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Reside in Texas with access to high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
