Texas Licensed Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance Management Program, the full-time Senior Compliance Analyst will manage regulatory examination processes, oversee compliance efforts, and design reporting tools while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Conduct testing activities to identify and address control weaknesses
• Manage state regulatory agency examination processes and administer the complaint process

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in compliance or risk management within a regulated industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience
• Industry-recognized compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) are a plus
