Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Ethics and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the account compliance program and conduct risk assessments
• Lead compliance projects, investigations, and audits while providing updates on compliance activities
• Communicate compliance-related information to leadership and clients, ensuring adherence to regulations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or pharmacy benefit manager compliance and ethics
• Graduate or post-graduate degrees in law or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical and compliance industries
• Certification in healthcare compliance or privacy (e.g., CHC, CHPC, CHRC, or CHC-F)
• Experience with healthcare compliance program planning and risk management analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA
