Job Summary

Texas Licensed Compliance Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing regulatory compliance programs related to utility billing and sustainability management, including risk assessments and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory compliance requirements for operations and billing implementations
  • Conduct regulatory reviews and compliance audits for billing programs and respond to inquiries requiring legal compliance
  • Assist with regulatory filings and maintain a database of rules impacting the business
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
  • 5+ years of compliance management or auditing experience
  • Ability to establish relationships and influence colleagues at all levels
  • Experience in presenting information clearly to various management levels
  • High-energy, hands-on contributor comfortable in a fast-paced environment
