Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the licensing program to ensure compliance across jurisdictions
  • Support regulatory requests, examinations, and compliance reporting processes
  • Serve as the Compliance System Owner for the governance, risk, and compliance platform
Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies
  • Minimum 3 years of licensing experience, preferably related to mortgage licenses
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance risk management, preferably in financial services
  • Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and related legal requirements
  • Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required
