Texas Licensed Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Licensing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all entity and individual licenses nationwide, including producer licenses and third-party administrator licenses
• Coordinate new applications, renewals, appointments, terminations, and jurisdiction-specific filings
• Monitor regulatory changes and serve as a subject matter resource on licensing rules and compliance obligations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 4-6 years of experience in insurance licensing, regulatory compliance, or related insurance operations
• Deep knowledge of U.S. licensing requirements for producers and related entities
• Proficiency with NIPR, Sircon, and state DOI systems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret regulatory guidance
