Job Summary

A company is looking for an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist II - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance and training on affordable housing compliance
• Electronically review applicant/resident files to ensure adherence to federal and state program regulations
• Communicate file deficiencies and important information effectively to clients and team members

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance, including certification auditing
• Working knowledge of LIHTC and HUD program requirements
• Ability to work individually and in teams
• Vigilant in following up on compliance issues and implementing solutions
• Demonstrate flexibility and a sense of urgency
