Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Expert (Testifying Expert Witness).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Expert Witness Testimony for lawsuits and insurance claims
• Conduct building inspections and property condition assessments, documenting findings rigorously
• Review and analyze construction and legal documents, preparing technical reports based on findings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience or a relevant blend of education and field experience
• General Contractor License required
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience as a designated Expert Witness in construction-related litigation
• Applicable licenses and certifications that support expertise
