Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Expert (Testifying Expert Witness).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert witness testimony for lawsuits and insurance claims
• Conduct site inspections and document findings related to construction conditions
• Analyze construction and legal documents, and prepare technical reports for clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience or relevant education and field experience
• General Contractor License
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience as a designated Expert Witness in construction-related litigation
• Applicable licenses and certifications that support expertise
