Texas Licensed Construction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Projects Manager to oversee all aspects of construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
• Secure and review bids, manage external vendors, and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate project delivery and provide timely internal reporting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of related experience in Design, Construction, or Project Management
• BS degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Experience with sustainable building practices and corporate real estate
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or other project management software preferred
