Job Summary

To support the world's largest online services, the remote Early Works Construction Project Manager will direct field activities, manage the General Contractor for datacenter site preparation, and ensure compliance with architectural and engineering plans.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field activities and manage the General Contractor for datacenter site preparation, including earthworks and demolition
• Act as the primary construction expert during the design phase to ensure plans are executable and cost-effective
• Proactively identify construction complexities and oversee impacts on cost control, schedule management, and safety programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 15+ years of heavy civil construction experience
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Knowledge of environmental remediation processes
• Ability to collaborate with design teams and regulatory agencies
