Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the review and negotiation of proposals and contracts to ensure compliance and organizational interests
  • Manage the contract change control process and maintain the contract database and associated files
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on contract-related matters and develop negotiation strategies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience managing contracts with the State of Texas is strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Must reside within the State of Texas
