Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and drive strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Build scalable financial systems and provide data-driven insights into financial performance
• Lead and develop the accounting team while collaborating with executive leadership on financial strategy

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• 3+ years in a Controller or similar leadership role within a SaaS or tech-enabled services company
• Experience in private equity-backed businesses, including M&A and post-merger integration
• Strong expertise in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue and SaaS business models
