Leading provider credentialing and payer enrollment efforts, the full-time Texas Licensed Credentialing Manager will oversee compliance operations for a growing ambulance organization, ensuring timely billing and optimizing revenue cycle performance in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollments
• Oversee Medicare, Texas Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments
• Collaborate with billing, coding, collections, and compliance teams to improve reimbursement outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare credentialing experience
• Minimum 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing remote/offsite staff
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Texas Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment
• Experience with credentialing systems and healthcare billing platforms
