Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the part-time Texas Licensed Criminal Investigator will review, research, and validate criminal records for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review criminal record data for accuracy, completeness, and correct consumer association
• Evaluate and analyze court documents, case information, and vendor-provided data
• Communicate with agencies to confirm public record information and resolve data issues

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of criminal court systems and processes required
• 1-2 years of experience in background screening, criminal records analysis, or legal research preferred
• Ability to analyze and validate complex data across multiple sources
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office required
