Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate / Senior Customer Experience Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and brokers, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of inquiries, including clear communication and thorough follow-up
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues and mentor team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of related work experience for the intermediate role; 4 years for the senior role
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment, ideally in healthcare customer service
  • Working knowledge of health insurance terminology and claims processing preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
