Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Entry-level experience in a call center environment preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm
- Must provide own computer equipment and meet specified technical requirements
- Willingness to consent to a background check
