Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer experiences, the remote Texas Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage complex billing and insurance inquiries through inbound and outbound calls while working independently to exceed performance metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve complex billing and insurance issues through patient and insurance company communications
  • Provide payment options and assistance programs based on client guidelines while handling objections from consumers
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
  • Prior experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing and coding, as well as applications like Artiva and Cerner Soarian, is preferred
  • Understanding of health insurance processes and terminology is preferred
  • Ability to manage sensitive personal information and maintain confidentiality
