Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and correspondence regarding policy coverage and claims
  • Process policyholder requests and maintain department standards for call management
  • Review and maintain procedures related to policy information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • At least one year of office experience preferred, with telecommunications experience as a plus
  • Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
  • Customer service experience with strong phone skills
  • Basic PC skills and ability to type at least 30 WPM
