Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and correspondence regarding policy coverage and claims
- Process policyholder requests and maintain department standards for call management
- Review and maintain procedures related to policy information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- At least one year of office experience preferred, with telecommunications experience as a plus
- Knowledge of life and health insurance operations is desired
- Customer service experience with strong phone skills
- Basic PC skills and ability to type at least 30 WPM
