Job Summary
Serving as a subject matter expert for the Texas Student Data System (TSDS), the full-time remote Texas Licensed Customer Support Analyst will provide customer support, create technical documentation, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data submissions and issue resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical support tickets related to TSDS and associated data submissions
- Create, maintain, and update technical and end-user documentation adhering to agency standards
- Design, develop, and execute UAT plans, documenting and tracking defects discovered during testing
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience with the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) and supporting data collections
- 8 years of experience in customer service and support within a technical or educational environment
- 8 years of experience in technical writing, creating user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to analyze issues and coordinate resolution efforts effectively
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
