Job Summary
To enhance customer experience, the full-time Texas Licensed Customer Support Representative will manage inquiries related to insurance annuities via telephone and email, ensuring high-quality service and effective problem resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance and financial service products, providing accurate information and support
- Research and resolve issues related to policy provisions, application discrepancies, and transaction processing
- Educate Financial Service Representatives on annuity products and market requirements to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Must obtain FINRA Series 6 license within 90 days of hire
- Outstanding customer service skills with a dedication to exceptional care
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
