Job Summary

To enhance customer experience, the full-time Texas Licensed Customer Support Representative will manage inquiries related to insurance annuities via telephone and email, ensuring high-quality service and effective problem resolution.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance and financial service products, providing accurate information and support
  • Research and resolve issues related to policy provisions, application discrepancies, and transaction processing
  • Educate Financial Service Representatives on annuity products and market requirements to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Must obtain FINRA Series 6 license within 90 days of hire
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a dedication to exceptional care
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
