Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Post Entry who will oversee all post-entry activities related to imported goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation, submission, and tracking of Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), Protests, and other post-entry activities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison with Customs officials and internal teams to resolve compliance matters
  • Develop and implement internal policies for post-entry processes to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • 7 years of related experience in Customs brokerage, particularly in Post Entry activities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. import regulations and Partner Government Agencies (PGAs)
  • Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation is highly preferred
  • Previous management experience is required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
