Texas Licensed Cybersecurity Director

Job Summary

Leading a team in the South Central Region, the full-time Texas Licensed Cybersecurity Director will manage sales professionals to drive strategic and complex multi-year engagements, build a robust sales pipeline, and foster client relationships, all while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and coach sales professionals to create a culture of success and collaboration
• Accelerate revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with the regional client base
• Execute territory and strategic account management plans while aligning client engagement strategies with company values

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven experience managing security technology and services sales teams with a strong track record of quota attainment
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales professionals and enhance their performance
• Strong business acumen with the ability to correlate business goals with cybersecurity risks
• Experience in building relationships with key executives and sponsors within assigned accounts
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Risk and Compliance markets, and experience selling management consulting services
