Job Summary
Overseeing day-to-day IT Risk Management program operations, the full-time Texas Licensed Cybersecurity Manager will manage governance, risk management, and compliance processes while leading a team to ensure alignment with IT risk management strategies, all within a remote work environment with occasional onsite visits.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the IT Risk Management program, ensuring effective governance, risk, and compliance processes are in place
- Manage audits, incident management, and risk assessments, providing leadership and accountability in these areas
- Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures while fostering relationships with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 5 years of hands-on Information Security or relevant IT experience; healthcare experience preferred
- Progressive leadership experience strongly preferred
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CIPP certification required upon hire
- Experience in Cybersecurity Risk Management is a plus
