Texas Licensed Data Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the data strategy for a nonprofit organization, the full-time Texas Licensed Data Analyst will drive complex analyses, manage product development within the Salesforce ecosystem, and collaborate with various teams to deliver actionable insights and high-quality technology products in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the organization's data strategy, including data architecture, governance policies, and quality frameworks
- Perform advanced analyses on multi-source datasets and develop automated data pipelines for reporting
- Manage the full product lifecycle for Salesforce enhancements, from requirements gathering to launch and iteration
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, or a related field, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or advanced Microsoft Excel
- Advanced proficiency in a data visualization platform such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with the ability to design and deliver complex CRM solutions
- Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs and delivering technology products or CRM features
