Texas Licensed Dean of Instruction

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual learning environment, the full-time Texas Licensed Dean of Instruction will manage student onboarding, monitor academic performance and engagement, and provide individualized support to students while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and train new students on successful online school practices
• Monitor and document students' academic performance and engagement, guiding them in setting improvement goals
• Conduct regular meetings with students and parents to discuss academic progress and provide resources as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Bilingual preferred
• Experience working with students preferred
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with technology
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
